Hi,
I would like to change the status of an order from processed to Pending. Is this possible?
In other words I would like to change the order status (Legend) from yellow to blue.

Hi John,
You can change the order status in the "Process/Update" tab of "View & Process Order" - There is a "Reset Order Status" section - One thing to be aware of - It just chages the status of the order and doesn't change anything else, like sending emails or amending inventory levels etc - as per the (I)nformational link next to the option. |
