there may be more issues but I'd suggest you correct the spelling on this tag:
"</GetOrderDetailsRFequest>"
should be
"</GetOrderDetailsRequest>"?

Hello,
I'm new with Product Cart and am trying to build some thing that will show me the orders outside of Product Cart.
