Can't change USPS default package size.

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   I don't know why I can't change this... I had it set to 17 X 11 X 11, and I want it 17 X 11 X 18 - but when I click the submit button... it doesn't save the changes... how do I change the default package size?!

	Hi JWL, This is almost certainly a permissions issue on the includes folder. If that one is incorrect I would also check the others are set as required, just in case. For the correct settings please see : http://wiki.earlyimpact.com/productcart/install-permissions

	No, includes is set to read/write - I have edited this before... I have it set already so I know it has worked before and I just check the permissions and it's good to go.
