Hi All,
I'm throwing this one to the forum because it's driving me nuts today.
I've set up some products using 130px x130px thumbnails. When I view them in the store they have this large space below them and the product name:
Other produtcs display fine without any gap
The site is still in development so forgive the tatty layout.
Any ideas on why I'm getting this large space below the square images?
Many thanks
Nigel

Hi Nigel,
Take a look in the CSS at .pcShowProductInfoH The height is set to 100px. |

Hi Hamish, Thanks for the reply.
I'd already taken a look at that part of the CSS. It doesn't appear to be the cause of the problem. I loaded another image on the same page and other also products in different categories all with a height exceeding 100 pixels and they display fine - no gaps.

I'm taking a look at the image.
When I was sent these images for the store they were saved as JPGs but what i diodnt realise was that they were in CMYK. In this format productart would not recognise them even though they did load through the upload resize component. When I converted them to RGB and resaved them they appeared fine after loading. I'm begining to wonder if the format is causing a problem with the browser recognising the size as it is only these images (the ones that were converted from CMYK) that i have a problem with. the rest display perfectly.

OK - it's solved now and Hamish was correct: When I changed the height in the CSS at .pcShowProductInfoH
it had no effect but when I removed the height totally from the CSS it solved. I'm still puzzled as to why it only affected these few images but I'm happy it's fixed.
Thanks for your help
Nigel
