BTO - Custom Option display

   Hello Everyone,

This is my first posting. 
When I create a BTO custom option - how can I make it so that when a customer select the drop down option it doesn't say (example: xyz add +50.00) I just want it to say "xyz" but still have the associated cost $50.00 be added to the custom order. 

I hope someone out there has came up with the solution that I can use.
