Yeah, this is your problem, Russ. 404b.asp is part of the URL rewriting process; it needs to transfer to a file you create in the case of last resort.

PM me your email address and I'll send you the file I use, complete with PC header & footer & all.

Probably would be a good idea if PC shipped with such a file; kind of odd to go this far with the whole thing in v4 and not include an actual 404 handled error page, IMHO.

In the control panel, under Store Settings -> Miscellaneous Settings: File name of "Page Not Found" page:

what do you have entered there?

This should be your own file that you create as the "page of last resort" when no match can be found for the requested URL.

Try taking a few characters out.

The system cannot find the file specified.

Shouldn't that go to the 404 page? or is it and we need to customize it?
