QB and the cart are not taling - authentication is

   QB and the cart are not taling - authentication issues...

I dont know where to go in QB to make setting changes... and what setting info does it need.,..how do i test - it was working and then i belive we went to new server and now cannot access... could it be a permission issue... we had some iusses with that for navigation ...
