State code not saving after 4.1

   Anybody else having this issue.

After updating to 4.1, State isnt been saved to the DB, either on the Customer table or Orders table.

If its a returning customer which has a State already there, it blanks it out and updates it with nothing.

Anybody else?

	Update - Problem fixed part of 4.1 SP1 update for non US and Canada stores.
