Changing the appearance of Discription in Catagory

Take a look at the above link.  I want to make the text smaller and make some of it in bold.  I went to the Description box under that Category and used the HTML editor to make the changes, but they do not show up after I saved them and also pressed the modify button on the category.  I tried some of the other category descriptions with similar results.  Is there another place to alter the way the category text displays?

	CS, You'd probably do better to edit the CSS for pcPageDesc. What you have right now is a whole lot of inline CSS, which will make this all much more difficult to work with.
