I would like to suggest that you create a setting that would only allow
customers who actually purchase the product. Currently I use a "Customer Comments" page that I manage but I would really like the customers who have purchased to come back and give feedback that others could read/review. |

We custom-make and sell personalized cloth luggage tags so it is quite
unlikely that they could be purchased elsewhere. However, we would really like to be able to have our customers rate their experience/feelings for our products. Today that is typically done in email and then we post in our "Customer Comments" section. Steve YourBagTag.com |
