How to I keep the side navigation menu expanded to show categories and subcategories . Right now when the page load up only four top categories are visible. (http://www.meritosecurity.com/store/pc/home.asp)

Assuming this is a v4 store, instead of the table-based nav file that you are generating, select the UL (unordered list) version. Then style with CSS as you see fit.

Hi, in control panel go to Settings | Images & Navigation | Generate Category Navigation. At the bottom under the section for "What kind of HTML tags would you like to create?" choose unordered list. For complete details, see the Wiki article at:
