UPS world ship leaving out shipping method? |

Hi there.
We commonly have orders come in with 2 day, or other special shipping options. When creating a shipping label with the UPS shipping wizard though, it does not select the correct shipping method. UPS automatically selects ground by default. This is a problem- we ship multiple orders per day, and process multiple orders. Having to remember to check and change the shipping method, as well as enter box sizes is a little much. Any ideas from anyone? |

what version are you running? If prior to v3.51 you should upgrade as this sounds like a resolved issue.

I understand that this has been addressed in v4
In v4, if the shipping method chosen by the customer is a UPS service type, it pre-populates the drop-down with the customer's selection. If the customer's selection is another shipping option, such as a custom option or another provider, it will show the customer's selection above the drop-down, and the drop-down displays the default set in UPS Preferences Edited by cpgmar - 09-December-2009 at 10:05am |
