We currently have v3.12bb. When I press "Check for updates"in the Control Panel, it says
No Available Updates FoundYou have the most updated ProductCart release. How do I get it to update our cart to 3.5? |

I see you have raised a ticket - we will reply via that channel. BTW - V3.51 is due to be available as an update very soon - I believe it's worth waiting for that. |

Sounds good. Thanks lots. I don't mind waiting. I'm pretty happy with the current features ;) The new interface for editing products just looked awesome so I wanted to check it out.

The reason why you can't update to version 3.5 is that it appears you have two "b" in your version. There should only be one "b" and we are not sure how this might have happened. Still, it's easy to fix:
- connect to your Web store via FTP - download the file "includes/settings.asp" - open it in Notepad or your favorite HTML editor - locate the "bb" text string and remove one of the "b" private const scVersion = "3.12bb" ... should instead be: private const scVersion = "3.12b" - save the file and upload it back to the Web server, then try to "Check for Updates" again. |
