having all checkboxes checked on BTO page.

   I would like to have all the checkboxes of a BTO page selected rather than unselected by default. When this occurs I would like it to also have calculated all the dollar amounts in the customized amount box.

Has anyone done this type of customization? If so would you be willing to share your approach?
