Thousands of Part Numbers

   I am installing the new sync with QB (I did not use the old sync).  I use QB Premier Wholesaler because I have almost 20,000 items which I drop ship.
I was wondering if anyone has any advice on 1) syncing all PC part numbers with QB or 2) choosing the option to have all sales from PC go to one account in QB.  
I'd want to track all my SKUs but as a first time user I am hesitant to take that leap.
All input is appreciated and I look forward to joining the forum!
