Scrolling Total $ window for v3.51

   Hi, 

I was wondering if anyone know of any code snippets available for "Total $" for your order so far when you are on a page that is longer than the screen and as you scroll down the little Total window follows. I believe it is available in v4, but is there some way to incorporate it into v3.51.
