Prices not showing in category view

   Hello

We have atypical problem of prices not been shown in one of our BTO products we have cloned the one showing prices and then we add the product after changing the required details. but then it dtill does not show. The prices are available only after clicking the moredetails button. check the picture bellow.

Quick help will be appreciated.
