MS SQL connected but can't login to Control Pan

   I can view my catalog on website however if I try to login the admin section of the site I get a page that says user id incorrect click the "Try again" but when I click "try again" I get the dbError.asp page.  Any ideas about how to solve this.  I have set my database access as owner with read/write permissions in the MS SQL database.
