Carriage returns lost on import

   Carriage returns in Description field are lost on import to Product Cart. 

Importing using Wizard and excel spreadsheet. PC V 4.1baSP1

I did try substituting <br> in place of returns but still nothing.

What can be done to preserve carriage returns?

	You should be able to import descriptions just fine. Please open a support ticket so that we can do some troubleshooting.
