Adding a New Category

   V3.5 - uncustomized CP.  Public facing category pages are working fine.  I can edit categories page in CP fine.  But when adding a new category I get "Error adding a new category" from the insert query at line 84.

Also, I was a tad confused because I didn't see any way to add custom search fields when adding a category.  I looked around the wiki and it seems to see that you can only add custom search fields if you're editing a category.  Is that correct?  Why?
