My company sells custom, limited quantity, collectable, coins and this morning we had a bit of a problem with Productcart and PayPal. Productcart allowed us to over sell our stock by 35 units!
 Now we've got to cancel and reduce the number ordered for several customers.  Is there any way to reduce the number a customer ordered? For example if someone ordered 50 items and I only have 45 to ship him can the number in the shopping cart be changed to reflect that? Edited by Dean - 01-January-2006 at 1:31pm |

If you set ProductCart not to allow the purchase of out of stock items, and the inventory level for that product shows 35 units in stock (and the "Disregard Stock" option is not checked), ProductCart will not allow any customer to purchase more than 35 units of that product. If you need more information, please open a support ticket. |
