Is there a way for me to manage the customer rewards points? I'd like to be able to view each customer's point history. I'd like to be able to make sure my order processing staff has processed the orders correctly and updated the rewards points. And I'd like to be able to manually add extra points to the customers accounts at certain times. Is there a way to accommodate these manual point management tasks? Thanks |

As far as I am aware there is no way to view the points history over previous orders unless you went into each of the customers orders and checked. The points are automatically updated when the order is placed so your staff wouldn't be doing this anyway. You can adjust the customer points total by going into the customers control panel and doing this manually. Does that help? I agree more functionality within the points section would be good as it seems an under developed option currently with alot of potential. |

Your feedback and suggestions are always appreciated. I would encourage you to start a new "Improving the Reward Points system" topic in the New features forum and list changes/new features to improve this area of ProductCart.
