Hi, Does this feature work with IIS 5? (.... I know, it's a dinosaur)
I've configured the IIS "5" 404 Custom Error to (URL) /productcart/pc/404.asp
and have set the "page not found" page in PC to "/404.asp" in the root
I've also tried using a "/404.htm" page but the error is still the same.
I'm getting an error with the Keyword Rich URLs, The URL looks like this (I've turned the KW Rich URLs option off since) http://www.domain.com/productcart/pc/404.asp?404;http://www.domain.com/productcart/pc/the-category-or-product-title.htm
Any ideas?
I just upgraded to v4 this evening from 3.11 to 3.51 to 4.0 (and have added the recent patches)
Thanks in advance,
Rick

I see one issue of concern, but it may just be my interpretation of how you posted this.
You said this: I've configured the IIS "5" 404 Custom Error to (URL) /productcart/pc/404.asp By (URL) I do hope you mean that you set it as a URL (as opposed to a file path) and that you do not have your full URL in there?

Then I can only suggest that you submit a support ticket and have EI look at your setup because I don't see why this won't run on Windows 2000, and your setup - based on what you have posted - appears valid. It's going to take a closer look by someone who is provided access to your admin, and possibly the control panel for your hosting environment (or RDP if that is available.)

Thanks for the quick reply, I'll post a ticket. I'm positive that the setup is correct,
but did notice that in the manual it only mentions IIS 6 & 7
Thanks again for the help
