I need help BIG time.
Here is the short of my problem and then I will explain everything that led up to this. My product sku's are disappearing, sometimes the stay and they simply show out of stock. I have to either go in and manually type in product sku's for the various options or if the sku's did not disappear but the drop down box shows "out of stock" I can fix it by somply changing the total quantity by one and it corrects it or I can select disregard stock and update it like that. But it keeps coming back again and again. No clue what the *&$## is happening but it has cost me countless amounts of money and time and nobody has a clue what is going on. Or is giving any solutions to fix this.
I have had some type of bug or gliche that has been annoying but extremely seldom, which was product options showing "out of stock" and we would fix it by updating quantity. Now something bigger is happening as the actual sku's are being errased some how.
Up to this point we did the following: 1.) we switched hosting companies and went to JoltDigital. 2.) My web guru that I have worked with for a long time uploaded a new product line and apparently did this incorrectly.
There was already some type of problem and then between the other two things happening the perfect storm has been created because no one has a clue and all I can do is look for a new shopping cart, new developer and new hosting company. I have always been happy with PC, for the most part but this issue has taken a toll on our business and no one ever has a clue and it is never on their end.
Sorry so long and does anyone have any suggestions? Please help as this is becoming a catastrophe!

Have you taken this up with your host? They are PC specialists, so they ought to be able to assist you. Or you may need to submit a support ticket. Seems more than can be dealt with as a result of simply browsing the store.

It sounds like you are probably using the Apparel Add-on and somehow the relationship between parent products and sub-products is getting lost, thus making the sub-products appear hidden.
This could be the result of changes to the database (outside of the ProductCart Control Panel) or an incorrect migration of data from one SQL database to another. Please submit a support ticket. |

We have submitted support tickets regarding this and nothing has come from it.

Hi Wesley, I found one ticket in our system from you (maybe there are other under a different name?). We offered to
personally review your database for corruption if you provided us with
a backup copy, but you never responded. I wonder if that email went into your spam box? In any event, it appears our team was not given the opportunity to help. Please reply to the original ticket to get the ball
rolling again.
