Sorry if ya'll already know this, but I'm stumped. We've opened the online store to some countrys, but we're still getting a low shipping dollar amount. How do we deal with the difference between US and international shipping? Where would we install that premium? |

Create a new shipping option for your international customers and select 'display to international customers only' For you domestic shipping rate select 'display to domestic customers only' You will most likely have to have more than one international shipping rate but then you have to rely on the customer to choose the correct one at checkout. Just make sure you check the international orders carefully to make sure the correct shipping rate has been chosen (and paid for). Nigel

Go two steps further and only show certain shipping types USPS to PO box addresses. Filter by Canada - for specific shipment options.
