   We noticed that there is no way to exclude products from a Discount by Code... Right now if you add a new discount by code you cant exclude products. You must include all the products and leave out the ones you don't want.. This is not easy to do with thousands of products. We need to have a feature to exclude selected products from the discount.

	I have this problem as well, with a twist. I need an option that allows me to exclude on-sale items (defined as a lower online price than the list price) on an offer. Right now, I have about 340 products and 3 are on sale. To exclude those 3 from a % off offer, I have to select all 337 products as valid for the offer.

	I'm in agreement. The capability to exclude products from a discount code would be very beneficial. Even a "Discount Override" checkbox on the Modify Product screen would be great - rather than having to check 600 products just so you can uncheck 4.
