Does anyone Know how to have a product available to purchase by anyone but not have it easily accesable from the storefront. That way just certian people I send a link to could land on the product for purchase. And that they may not yet be customers registered yet.

Off the top of my head - what about making them a normal product but not associated with any categories?
Then you can just give the direct link out. cheers Mark |

Can't you form a URL to the product detail page for the specific product? If the product is active, and a member of a category that is set to not show in the store, you should be able to pull up the product. That's exactly what I do for testing things when we need to create a product with special characteristics for a mod I'm working on. |

How do you get the url for the product?
I did try to add it to a category, get the url, then hide the category. When I go beck to the url that I had it says the category is no there, and no product. maybe you have some insight to this, Thank you. |

well, here is a demo store. Note that a category called "hidden" which DOES exist DOES NOT appear This product is assigned to that category: I formed the URL by clicking the "preview in your storefront" link and removed the "&adminPreview=1" from the resulting URL. |
