I have installed the Apparel Add on in my product cart, but I don´t understand how to configure it?

Step 1 would be to license the matrix code from us:
 
The matrix is a custom feature that we built and offer as an add0on.  Please contact me directly for details.
 
I'll be happy to help you with configuration once that's been done.  :)
