problem with buffet selections

   I just found out that the way I've set up  https://www.horizonscatering.com/store/pc/configurePrd.asp?i dProduct=100
Hot Lunch Buffets won't work!  They need to be able to see how many of each entree is being ordered.   The customer selects 2 salads, 1 side dish and 1, 2 or 3 entrees (price varies w/number of entrees and extra for seafood entrees).  Is there a quick fix?
