Just curious if any of you, who may use PayPal on their websites, are thinking about not using them any longer with the new changes effective 11/18/14. They are changing buyer protections as follows from an email received:
• We're increasing the time for buyers to file merchandise disputes (Item Not Received and Significantly Not as Described) from 45 days to 180 days. • We're extending buyer protection to include item not received claims for custom made products. This gives a buyer 6 months to decide if an item was not received or significantly not as described. How absurd. Why would it take 6 months to figure this out? Just another way that PayPal favors buyers over sellers. What are your feelings? Do you use PayPal? If yes, are you going to continue?
