Adv security random numbers

   I would very much like to be able to use this feature. Currently when the random number images feature is enabled, the random number is visible at login but when the number is submitted the user does not get logged in.

Is this what I should see if XML parsing is not being supported? I am using 1&1 for MS developer hosting.
