Actually, this is the right place to post feedback on the Conflict Management tool. You don't need to open a support ticket. The issue in your case was the following:
If you need to force the selection from the "Cover Colour" category when something other than "Wiro Bound" is selected, use a "must" rule to do so instead. Let us know if you see any problems with the way the system is working. |
