I have ProductCart Version 4.7 Standard and Authorize.net gateway with daily velocity threshold set to 20. What is happening is someone is card testing on my website a hacker is testing a list of cards to determine whether it is valid or not. When a real customer enters their credit card number they receive the following error message "Error 4: Your order has been received Thank you for your business!" The customer calls us on the phone wondering if their order went through. How can I fix this so the customer does not receive this error message. Mike M. |
