I dont know if this really falls into this category, but I wasnt sure where else to post this. So I have noticed that on a few select product pages my margins are being ignored in IE7 only. So what is happening is the PC content in the middle of the page is pushing out the two sidebars. I thought maybe it was my client putting in descriptions using the HTML editior but I cleaned up all the code and it is still doing it. And it is just on a random pages not the whole site and not in FireFox 3.0. Here are some links:
http://www.littlejumpingbeans.com/store/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=10&idproduct=234 (I cleaned up the description text)
(both above pages have the sidebars are being pushed out in IE7)
I am really at a loss, I have tried changing around all sorts of auto and % widths in different places of the style sheet and still no dice. I also think it is a little odd that it is just on a few random pages and not every page in the site.
Any ideas would be greatly appricated! Thanks in advance :)

Hi,
Try copying the product and stripping out the descriptions. If that "solves" it then gradually put the description back until it breaks. I did notice that these two pages have fairly large images in the descriptions - but no obvious problem related with those. Nice design by the way :-) |

Thanks for the idea, I did that it seems to be the first image. What I dont get is that the image is only 500px and I have the center area set for 565px. The only way I can get the image to fit without popping out the sides is to shrink the image down to about 390px, but there is still quite a bit of space on either side of the image still. I cant figure out what would be adding that much padding.
Thanks :)

So just ran into another interesting quirk that has to do with this problem as well. When you go to this product: http://www.littlejumpingbeans.com/store/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=0&idproduct=1854
the sides are pushed out. If you pick a different color from the DROP DOWN (not the thumbnails) the margins are fixed. If you go back to "Select One" the margins pop out again.
Is this maybe something with the apparal add-on?
