Canada Post shipping options will not display |

Canada Post is not showing up as a shipping option in my storefront even though I have activated it from within the ProductCart control panel. I have confirmed with Canada Post that my account is active and on a production server. I am accessing the Canadapost server (sellonline.canadapost.ca:30000). What am I doing wrong/missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
