Error Error at end of transaction

   Hi, I was wondering if someone could help or point me in right direction.  

When we changed web hosts we think the back up had a problem and some files were not backed up.  So when we put it on the new server there was a problem.  

At the end of a transaction the page says 'error error.'  

We dont have the email and password for when productcart was purchased so I cant login to that account and post a support ticket, but we do have the licence keys.
