I set up an ssl cert on a different server and within product cart. When I moved to a new server... re-setup up Product Cart and then moved over the Product Cart database... it must've kept the SSL old cert location info. Now it's asking for the location of the SSL cert.. which has changed. How do I let Product Cart know this? This is the error I get: Error -31: The certificate chain did not validate, no local certificate found Input Cert path = C:\certs Edited by sdesantis - 01-June-2007 at 4:10pm |

This is most likely a hosting issue, not a Product Cart issue. When you move to a new server, the SSL certificate needs to be installed on that server (by your hosting service most likely). That is not done within Product Cart. The only setting in PC for SSL is on the Settings | Store settings where you can enter the actual URL but that shouldn't have changed if you kept the same domain name.

That's sorta what I thought... but I have an SSL cert working with the current cart system just fine. Only in Product Cart is it looking to the old cert location. hmmm.... |

Where are you getting this error? Can you provide a link? Is PC installed in the same web site as your "current cart system", i.e. using the same domain?
