So on a couple of my BTO products, if a customer selects a certain option then some of the other option are not compadable with that option. Is there any way i could make it so when a customer selects a certain option it blacks out the other option that is not compadable?

Do you have Conflict Manager installed? CM is the means by which you would enforce such rules.
