Image Upload/Resize feature in ProductCart

   So I moved the ProductCart site to a dedicated server, and went into my Remote Desktop and installed both the ASPJpeg and ASPUpload utilities.

Now, when I go into my ProductCart control panel and try to upload a new image, it is still not giving me the option to resize the images?

What could be the issue here, and how can I resolve it?
