As it comes from EarlyImpact, ProductCart limits the number of unique SKUs in a cart to 100. I see that this is for server performance reasons, and looking at the code, I see that the active cart is an in-memory array (as opposed to entries in a database table for pending orders or something similar).

We're using PC for a wholesale B2B site, with a limited customer base, so the site could probably handle larger carts (we have a virtual dedicated server, and the possibility of moving to a dual-core full dedicated server with 4GB RAM in the future). Is there any documentation on the changes to make to increase the SKU limit? We have one customer so far (just launched the site Jan 6) who is hitting the 100-item ceiling, and we don't want to make them go through splitting their order.

Thanks, that helps.

But I don't see pc\instPrdCharges.asp in my files. Is that file part of one of the add-ons?

That file is part of the Build To Order version, and does not exist in the standard version.
