My store is set up for wholesale customers only.
While we may have only a hundred customers, each ships to multiple different addresses. My email notifications are working perfectly, but are a bit "lacking" in the information they provide. Here is feedback from a customer of mine: "The only drawback I see now (which is minor) is that when I receive the tracking number notification, it does not state the person’s name which means I have to log-in in your website to know to which order belongs the tracking number provided. If we have several orders placed during the day, this makes it a bit inconvenient. This situation does not happen with [the old system] which I get the tracking number and the person and his/her address where the order is being shipped to." Has anyone found a way to include the SHIP TO address in the e-mails? |

Hi,
Yes, but after a very quick look it will take some custom coding. I believe there are several routes to generate the "shipped" email so which files will need some custom coding will need further investigation. If you have ASP skills then start by examining processOrder.asp, if not then I suggest contacting a ProductCart developer. There are several active on the forum who may either post here or send a PM, or take a look at this list : http://www.earlyimpact.com/partners-dev.asp |

Hi e4h,
Should be a very simple customization. Let me know if you'd like us to help you with it.
