One time price on BTO product

   Good day - I hope someone can help. I am fairly new to this cart. I run a print shop and am setting up a BTO product - a 4x6 postcard. I want to have a one time only set up charge, say $49 - and have this charge not affected by the quantity. I cannot see how to do this. I am sure it can be done. Anyone know how?

	I see how this works now - but for my needs I am looking for a solution that would show on the customize page so that the customer will see the final price on that page
