   Hi, I recently was having an issue where after a couple hours our shipping rate calculator would stop working and we would need to reboot the server in order to fix.

After many hours of frustration and lost revenue, the problem was fixed by moving the SQL database to another server. Initially, we were running the web services and database from the same server. Now the web services is on one server and the database is on another server. We have not had the problem since and have not needed to reboot. 

Figured I would mention here to hopefully help someone else out
