Shipping Rate Estimator shows incorrect UPS rates

   If anyone else is using UPS, you might notice this bug if you try to use the estimate shipping costs link from your viewCart.asp page.

The first time you try to estimate shipping costs, your account based rates will not be shown, and the rates shown will be too high.

If you close the window and re-click the link, the correct rates will be shown.

Has anyone else noticed this error?
