Using two versions of Control Panel

   When our cart was upgraded from Ver. 3 to Ver. 4 a new Admin folder was created for Ver. 4.  Because of this we can access our cart's Control Panel using the Ver. 3 or Ver. 4 interface.  Some people in our company prefer the old version and have continued to use it.  Will this result in any database errors?  So far everything seems to be working okay.
