Anyone have a solution to getting the product image uploader back and working? My store allows me to upload the files but I do not get the pop up with the automatic resize options.

In addition to changing your domain name, did you change servers as well? If so, you may not have the image editing components installed on the new server.
To check this, go to Help -> Troubleshooting Utility and see what you've got under "Available Image Processing Components"
