When using the Auth.net mobile app,  the "required" form field settings for name and address need to be "unchecked" in order to use the auth.net app. We also use auth.net for ProductCart.

From what I understand, ProductCart will still pass the information to Auth.net. However, I'm wondering if there is any adverse affect to ProductCart transactions by doing this.

Thanks,
Lucy Zoe

Hi Lucy - I'm confused about what you are referring to.  what Authorize.Net Mobile App?

PC Mobile only uses Paypal for payment.  Any other payment method requires browsing over to the main store.

Hey Greg,
Bottom line: I'm wondering if changing the form field settings in auth.net, from "required" to "not required," will affect my ProductCart transactions on the website.

We're not using the PC Mobile app. We're using AccountEdge mobile app for our employees at conferences, etc.

Once the invoice is complete using AccountEdge, we'll then run the CC transaction on the Auth.net mobile app. In order to run the CC transaction, I have to change the settings in Auth.net.

I'll have to defer to EI for an answer on this.  No idea on this one.
