I would like to offer free shipping on orders over a specified amount (eg. $50) only to customers in my province. Customers outside of my province would have to pay shipping regardless of the size of their order. Is it possible to restrict free shipping by postal codes? I am using PC 3.5. Do newer versions have this capability? Please advise. Thanks.

Hi @ecotutor,
I tried to provoke Kelly@WMS to respond to this, but I only see crickets chirping here so far. Nothing interesting has happened here from 3.5 to 4.6 (and 4.7 and I expect 4.8 aren't going to add anything related either). If you are interested, submit a request to us. Kelly has made many modifications such as this to fix the specific business needs of PC users:
