One problem we did not foresee when evaluating ProductCart was the unavailability of Certified Developers. We are currently going through the list of CD's and have been turned down ("not taking any new projects") by every CD. Can anyone recommend an available Certified Developer or are any CD's monitoring this forum that are currently available? Needed Modifications : - A "Variant Matrix" or Multiple Subproduct ordering page as used on http://appareloutfitters.com. We do not carry inventory and have no need for the stock level indicators. - The ability to input or own RMA #'s and have them posted on the customers side of the site in the same way the auto-generated RMA # is. - The ability for the customer to specify how many of each item they wish to return. Currently if a customer ordered 6 of a line item, but only wanted to return 1 of them, they have no way to specify this when requesting an RMA, they can only check a line item saying they wish to return that line item. - Website Template. Nothing fancy, just a clean professional look. We have found several non-Certified Developers willing to do this project, but we would rather have 1 CD perform all if possible. Thanks in advance!

Hello, Have you contacted Dan Anderson at http://www.nicwebdesign.com/ He "contributes" a great deal of his time helping us newbies in the forums and is certainly quite knowledgable with ProductCart and customizations! They are also a certified developer for PC. |
