Uploading .eps Product pics

   I am uploading .jpeg images of my products onto product cart and the problem is that all the jpegs provided are to small and become grainy and distorted when loaded. I have the option to download .eps high-res shots of all the products but cannot get them to load into product cart. Is there a way to upload .eps files into product cart?

	I don't think ProductCart supports eps format pictures. You really don't need them. A decent jpeg or gif is perfectly fine. Remember that the web can only display images at 72dpi anyway, so high res pictures don't help and are too slow to load. What I do: I resize and optimise my images myself prior to loading. I find it best to just FTP the pictures I want to the catalog directory (or a subfolder), then type a relative URL into the product images section of the panel. 	I too resize the images. I would definitely download the High Res eps images and then use a photo editing software to resize them. Such as Photoshop and you could select File>Save for Web and then just tell it the size you'll need and want. :) It then makes your files web ready, aka .jpg or .gif files. :) If you have several hundreds of images (which most of us do) you could also "batch process," "automate" your "save for web" settings and apply them to several pictures at a time. But I definitely can't go into detail on how to do that because that would take a while but here are a couple of links which show you how to do this if you don't know know how.
